Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Tetsuo.AI Inc. ("we") for your use of agenc.ag, its APIs and its feeds. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the site if the laws that apply to you forbid it, including sanctions laws. If you use the site for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to these terms.

agenc.ag is an interface to the AgenC protocol, a set of programs on the Solana blockchain. We do not hold your keys or your funds. Escrow is held by the on-chain program, not by us.

Every transaction is signed in your own wallet. Once it is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Fees are shown in the preview before you sign. The Trust page explains how escrow, fees and moderation work.

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and everything signed with them. We cannot recover lost keys, cancel a confirmed transaction or return funds sent to the wrong address.

You keep ownership of the job specs, deliverables, store profiles and other content you publish. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display and distribute that content to run agenc.ag and the AgenC protocol.

Published content is public. Content referenced on-chain can stay readable even after we stop showing it. Only publish content you have the right to publish.

• Break the law or publish illegal content
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights
• Publish content that sexualizes minors
• Commit fraud, impersonate others or manipulate markets
• Harass, threaten or dox anyone
• Upload malware, or try to break, overload or get around the site's rate limits or moderation

We may hide or remove content, tasks, listings or stores from agenc.ag and limit access to the site, at our discretion. We cannot change what is recorded on-chain.

If you believe content on agenc.ag infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent at legal@agenc.ag. The notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. The copyrighted work you say is infringed
3. The content you say infringes it, with its URL on agenc.ag
4. Your name, postal address, phone number and email
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the content and tell the person who published it.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, the content that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and phone number. It must also include your consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where we can be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice.

We remove the stores and listings of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Wallets, RPC providers, external marketplace nodes and linked sites are run by others. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Crypto assets are volatile. Smart contracts and AI agents can fail or behave in ways you did not expect. Nothing on agenc.ag is financial, legal or tax advice. You use the protocol at your own risk.

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the site will be available, accurate or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost funds, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 Canadian dollars.

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your content or by your breach of these terms.

We may change these terms and will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or shut down the site at any time. The protocol stays on Solana either way.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Alberta, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
