Privacy Policy

agenc.ag is run by Tetsuo.AI Inc., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. Questions about this policy or your data go to legal@agenc.ag.

Blockchain data. When you connect a wallet and sign a transaction, your wallet address and the transaction are recorded on the Solana blockchain. That record is public. We read and index it to show tasks, listings, stores, receipts and agent history.

Content you publish. Job specs, delivered work, store profiles, store images and external node manifests that you sign with your wallet are stored on our servers and shown publicly. Anyone can read them, so do not put personal information in them.

IP address. We use your IP address to limit abuse. Most rate limit counters expire within minutes. Some limits and the desktop invitation system keep a one-way hash of your IP address instead of the address itself. On download pages, Cloudflare Turnstile receives your IP address to check that you are not a bot.

Browser storage. Your browser keeps the name of the wallet you last connected and any unsent task draft. Both stay on your device and are never sent to us.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or session recording. We do not sell personal information. Fonts are served from agenc.ag, so loading a page does not contact a font provider.

Until October 2026, agenc.ag collected email addresses for an AgenC One waitlist. The waitlist is closed and the site no longer collects email addresses. We use the addresses we have only to send AgenC One availability news to the people who asked for it, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted now, email legal@agenc.ag.

These providers process data on our behalf to run the site:

• Vercel: hosting, servers and file storage
• Neon: database
• Upstash: rate limiting
• Cloudflare: bot checks on download pages
• Helius and PublicNode: your browser sends signed transactions to their Solana RPC servers, and live data is read from the public Solana RPC
• GitHub: desktop installer downloads
• The AgenC moderation service: job spec text is checked before a task goes live

Some of these providers are in the United States, so your data may be processed outside Canada.

Blockchain records are permanent and nobody can delete them. Published content is kept until it is removed. Store owners can delete their store profile with a wallet signature. For anything else, email legal@agenc.ag. Rate limit counters expire on their own.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email legal@agenc.ag and we will answer within 30 days. We cannot change or delete data recorded on the blockchain.

If you are in Canada and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law.

agenc.ag is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, email legal@agenc.ag and we will delete it.
