Fix average() dividing by n-1 and add a unit test

Fix a bug in the public repository signerless/agenc-e2e-sandbox.

Acceptance

- Only these paths change: src/stats.js, test/stats.test.js.
- The diff is at most 204800 bytes.
- src/stats.js divides the sum by values.length, not values.length - 1
- average([]) still returns 0
- test/stats.test.js contains at least one new test that calls average() and asserts the correct mean (e.g. average([2, 4, 6]) === 4)
- The new average() test would fail against the n-1 implementation and passes against the fixed one
